Token Europe 2024 aims to foster meaningful discussions on the future of Real-World Asset Tokenization. Your expertise is crucial in shaping these conversations, and we appreciate your commitment to sharing your knowledge with our audience.

Panelist Guidelines
As a panelist, your role is to provide unique insights and perspectives on the session topic. To help the moderator tailor the discussion, we ask that you submit your “Point of View” ahead of time.
What Your Point of View Should Include:

Introduction: A brief overview of your expertise and how it relates to the panel topic.

Key Perspectives: 2-3 main points you intend to discuss during the panel. These should highlight your unique perspective on the topic.

Examples or Case Studies: Any relevant examples or case studies you plan to reference.

Challenges and Opportunities: Your thoughts on the current challenges and future opportunities within the topic area.
Moderator Guidelines
As the moderator, your role is to facilitate a balanced and engaging discussion. You will be responsible for guiding the conversation, ensuring that each panelist has the opportunity to share their views, and encouraging interaction between panelists and the audience.
Preparation:

Review Panelist Submissions: Familiarize yourself with the points of view submitted by each panelist. This will help you craft questions that align with their expertise.

Develop Questions: Create a list of questions that draw out diverse perspectives and encourage debate. Aim to cover different aspects of the topic while avoiding redundancy.

Time Management: Plan to allocate time for each panelist to speak, as well as for audience Q&A. Ensure the discussion remains on schedule.
Pre-Panel Call:
We recommend each Moderator scheduling a brief call with the Panelists before the event. This call will allow you to:

Clarify the flow of the discussion.

Address any overlaps in content.

Discuss any last-minute changes or additions.
Day of the Event

Arrival: We want you to be present during the entire event. In any case, please be present in the venue at least 30 minutes before your session begins.

Technical Setup: Ensure that any necessary materials, presentations, or technology are submitted by September 10.

Interaction: Encourage a dynamic and interactive discussion. Engage the audience with thought-provoking questions and facilitate a lively exchange of ideas.
